Restrict events or ticket types to members
You can restrict event ticket access to logged-in members and also control the visibility of the public event listing page.
Restrict tickets
- Go to Events and select the relevant event. This will take you to the Manage event screen.
- Select the relevant ticket type and change the Access level.
- Click Save.
Access level | Behaviour |
---|---|
Admin | Tickets are not displayed on the event page. |
Public | Tickets are displayed on the event page and can be booked by anybody. |
Member only | Tickets are displayed on the event page and can be booked by members only for themselves. |

Tickets are displayed on the event page and can be booked by members for themselves and their guests.

Restrict the event listing page
- Go to either the event listing page or the event management page.
- Navigate to the 'Event settings'.
- Select the appropriate access level.
Access level | Behaviour |
---|---|
Public | Anyone with the link can view this content. |
Members | The title and introduction will be publicly available but only users with an active membership can view the body content. |
