Hide ticket types

When you create a new ticket type for an event, the default settings are to display this ticket to all visitors to the event page. If you want to delay the release of tickets or keep them for manual allocation, you can choose to hide tickets.

  • Go to the Manage event page for your event
  • Select the relevant ticket type and change the Access level to Admin
  • Click Save

You can also restrict ticket types to members.
