Your contact data must be prepared in the prescribed format using this template. To create a copy of this template go to the File menu and choose Download.
Import joint members
Joint members are people but because of the way they are linked with another person's subscription they need to be imported separately. The template file above has a dedicated sheet for joint members. Enter the details here of all the joint members you wish to import. The template file only contains a few columns for brevity but you can add more. You can copy any of the column headings that you see in the People sheet and add them to the Joint sheet, in any order.
The most important attribute needed to successfully import a joint member is the email address of the owner of the subscription they are linked to. This must be filled in for every joint member.
