Deal with cancelled Direct Debit mandates

If a member cancels their Direct Debit mandate your GoCardless account holders should receive an email notification. When this happens, take these steps:

• Find out if it was intentional.
• If so, cancel the membership subscription in White Fuse.
• If not, invite them to set up a new Direct Debit mandate.
