Create and manage declarations
A declaration is a statement to which someone must agree before they can submit a form. You can add these to Forms, Membership Plans and Event Tickets.
- Go to Settings > Declarations and create a new declaration.
- When creating the declaration you can optionally add a link to a page on your website with supporting information, e.g. a privacy policy or membership terms and conditions.
- Once you've created the declaration go to the Form layout tab on the form or membership plan and add the declaration.
Once a form is submitted, a record of the declaration is stored with the form submission or membership subscription.
