Restore an expired subscription

A subscription will automatically expire if the associated invoice remains unpaid beyond the designated grace period.

To bring an expired subscription back to life, you simply need to settle the outstanding invoice.

How to restore an expired subscription

  1. Go to the Contact record.
  2. Find the Subscriptions section.
  3. Click the expired subscription.
  4. Scroll to the Invoices section to find the Unpaid invoice associated with the expired subscription.
  5. Click the action menu (...) next to the invoice and select Mark as paid.

Once the invoice is marked as paid, the system will automatically update the subscription status from Expired to Valid.
