Q3 2025

Printable invoices: Invoices now have a 'Print' option that formats the information in a print-friendly format that can be printed or downloaded as a PDF.
Invoices in 'My account': Users can now access their invoices in a new My account > Invoices section.
Access deleted website content: Administrators can now access previously deleted website content using the 'View deleted' option above the list of content at Website > Content . From there it can be restored or permanently deleted.
Exporting cancelled subscriptions: These are now included in export files.

Subscriptions

Renewal behaviour and reminder schedule: Grace period and multiple payment reminders can be configured on a per-plan basis.
Renewal email wording: Improved wording to make it clearer when action is required.
Manual reminder emails: Reminder emails can now be triggered individually or in bulk from the subscriptions report.
Approval emails: Improved subject line to make it clearer when action is required and can be re-sent individually from the subscription report or contact profile.
Payments: Manual instructions are now hidden from users when the feature is disabled.

Segments & directories

Directory permissions: Whether a contact has consented to "appear in directories" can be targeted in segments.
Preferred contact attributes: Types of contact attributes like "Home" or "Work" can now be preferred within directory settings.
Query contact attributes: Contact attributes like phone, email and address can now be targeted in segments.
Query event attendance: The existence of a recent event booking can now be targeted in segments.

Reports

Subscriptions: Added an email field to the subscription report and included emails in search results.
Order exports: Orders are now available in the Reports > Exports dropdown.
Imports/Exports: Added user reference details for better tracking.

Events

Forms: Form submission emails now include the submitter’s first and last name in the subject line.
Event management: Added booking ID to the event management table and booking page title.
Purchase orders: Users can now request a PO number on orders during the checkout process.
Member tickets: Members can no-longer book member tickets for other people.

Broadcasts

Broadcasts: Users can now soft-delete sent broadcasts.
Broadcast editing: Simplified URL management.
Final confirmation: Additional confirmation stage to avoid premature sending.
Deletion: Old broadcasts can now be deleted (records of deliveries are retained).

Website

Footer: Added support for Threads and Bluesky in footer options.

General

Search: Replaced search-as-you-type with a manual search option for better performance.
Modals: Click-to-dismiss modals now require clicking the “X” instead of anywhere on the background.
Admin accounts: Admins can no longer delete their own accounts to prevent accidental lockouts.
Form submission notifications: Subject line now includes name of submitter and line breaks in submitted paragraph fields are now displayed.
Donations: Donation invoices are now displayed in the contact activity feed.
Donation campaigns: Campaign title now displayed to all users.

Q2 2024

Customise renewal reminder emails: You can now add custom text to reminder emails sent to your members.

Sending email addresses: The main sending email address can now be overridden when notification and confirmation emails are sent from different parts of the system. Additionally, the sending email address for individual broadcasts can also be overridden.

Editable manual payments: Administrators can edit manual payments to change the payment date, description and Gift Aid status.

More control over broadcasts: Administrators can now remove the logo from the top of email broadcasts with the use of a 'blank' template, and there is now an expanded list of tokens including contact attributes and custom fields. Broadcasts can now be scheduled for a specific time of day.

Two-factor authentication: Users can now set up two-factor authentication using an authenticator app in the 'My account' area.

Q1 2024

Feed blocks: Feeds of events, resources and articles that were restricted to the website home page can now be added to any website page and have additional display controls. News articles must now be promoted to appear in feeds.

Special blocks: Directories, signposts, forms, promoted membership plans and donation options all now have their own special website block that can be added to any page.

Currency controls for membership plans: Membership plans can now be set up in a range of different currencies to target different geographic areas.

Users can see their bookings in the My Account area: Users who log in can now see all of their event bookings in a new My account > Bookings section.

Custom form confirmation pages: You can now over-ride the basic form confirmation page with any created page of your choosing.

Joint/proxy membership filters in segments: Previously you could only use segment filters to target subscription owners. There is now a separate set of filters to target people who are joint members or members by proxy.

Q4 2023

Schedule subscription cancellation: Choose whether to cancel subscriptions immediately or schedule cancellation for the next renewal date.

Simplified affiliation to organisation subscriptions: People linked with a valid organisation member now share membership benefits automatically, unless you disable the behaviour in Settings > Features > Memberships.

Search tool: Search options can be enabled on listings of Resources, Events, Articles and Posts.

Member-only tickets: Event tickets can be restricted to valid members.

Limit event ticket purchases: For each ticket type, limit the number that can be bought on a single order.

New Broadcast email editor: The email editor now features the same block based editing available on website content.
