Mark a person as attended

On the day of your event you may wish to check people in when they arrive. The easiest way to do this is to have a laptop or tablet logged in to your White Fuse account and connected to the internet so that an administrator can mark people as attended.

To mark a person as attended you should:

  • Go to Events > Future events and select the appropriate event.
  • Go to the Bookings section and find the person, using the search box and filters if required.
  • Choose Mark as attended from the action menu (…) next to the booking.

You can have multiple devices logged in to your White Fuse account simultaneously so two or more administrators can check people in at once.
